The Daily Bless of the Bless Bank New Testament Luke chapter 4
4 But Jesus answered him, saying, "It is written, 'Man shall
not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.' "
8 And Jesus answered and said to him, "Get behind Me, Satan!
For it is written, 'You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall
serve.' "
12 And Jesus answered and said to him, "It has been said,
'You shall not tempt the Lord your God.'
14 Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and
news of Him went out through all the surrounding region.
18 "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has
anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the
brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the
blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; 19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."
22…and marveled at the gracious words which proceeded out of His
mouth….
32 And they were astonished at His teaching, for His word was with
authority.
